Allsop are appointed by Lovell Homes to dispose of a SFH scheme in Newark-on-Trent. Allsop have provided investment advice. The opportunity is currently being marketed on a forward funding basis.

Scheme: 375 unit MFH scheme located in the South Bank area of Leeds

Amenities include: Residents’ lounge, concierge, co-working space, private dining room, x3 external terraces

Allsop acquired the site for McLaren Living and was subsequently appointed to provide consultancy advice and source an investment partner. Planning was secured in October 2023 and following this, a forward funding JV agreement was secured. The development is now under construction with an anticipated Practical Completion in early 2027.

Amenities include: 7,998 sq ft of commercial accommodation and a community hub

Allsop was initially appointed to provide operational and investment advice before being appointed on a consultancy and investment agency basis to source a funding partner for the development.

Allsop was appointed by Harworth Group Plc to provide operational and investment advice before being retained on a consultancy and investment agency basis to source a funding partner for the portfolio. After a competitive selection process, an investment partner has been selected.

Allsop was retained by the developer St James’ Securities to advise on the design of the scheme and to source an investor.
