• Analyse design specifications and appraisals.
• Appointment of the professional team to complete the works.
• Oversee Project Management.
• Appointment of leasing agents where required.
• Creation & implementation of marketing campaign.
• Recommendation on suitable leasing transactions.
• Liaise directly with lawyers to complete transactions.
Acquisition & Development Advice
• Create business plan.
• Assist with purchasing of new asset.
• Provide Development Consultancy advice to identify redevelopment opportunities.
• Engage with neighbouring owners to improve opportunity.
• Complete Development Appraisals.
