Our Partnership Approach
The agreed fee is split equally between our firms. Allsop manages the instruction, solicitors and marketing. We provide regular updates to both you and your client throughout the campaign leading up to auction day.
Direct to Auction
If your client wants to go straight to auction, with no previous private treaty marketing campaign, the same fee structure applies. In this scenario, Allsop and Christie & Co work as joint agents from the outset, often extending the marketing period to 5-6 weeks rather than the standard 3-week lead-in. This longer campaign can enhance exposure and competition.

Your client will need to instruct their solicitor to prepare the legal pack and order searches before marketing commences.
